I was so excited to get to meet Tyler for the second time. The first time I met him he was only about a month old and he is as cute as I remember! He was a total trooper, sweating it out in the unseasonably hot September we’ve been having on Sunday morning.

Shout out to Jessica and Derek for keeping it cool, getting this little guy to give us some smiles on a steamy photoshoot right before nap time! 

Congratulations to these UDM Nursing School Graduates! I had the pleasure of taking photos on a UDM’s beautiful campus a week before they graduated. It was fun to capture how excited and proud these 4 nursing department, best friends, were to be graduating from UDM and use the campus as the perfect backdrop to document this special time in their lives!

Thanks to the girls for trusting me to capture such a unique time in their lives and the parents who came to help deal with the balloons, hair, and wardrobe changes on a very windy Saturday!

I take photos of the Lacey family every fall. Each year, mom Marie does the best job coordinating outfits that all compliment each other in some subtle way. I try to match the outfits to fitting scenery and we meet and take their family Christmas card photo.

 I have been photographing both of Marie’s beautiful kids since they were babies and I truly look forward to this photo session every fall. They are so much fun to talk to and those big brown eyes just beg to be photographed!

Had so much fun on this beautiful fall day meeting sweet little CeCe and photographing Carrie’s beaming smile. All the joy from this new family was easy to capture!

From the engagement session to the wedding day, Becca and Donavon were dream clients. I knew when they were up for doing their engagement session in four feet of Michigan snow (exaggeration), they were going to be fun to work with! Shooting their wedding was easy because of the fun, genuine nature of the day. They were all about enjoying each other on their special day and that comes through in their photos. I was so honored to be a part of this fun day!

Alex and Theresa’s joy shows through each of their photographs. They had a beautiful wedding in Ann Arbor, MI and it’s one I will never forget because of their never-ending smiles and joy that radiated through them on their special day. The photo of Alex’s first look at Theresa walking down the aisle still causes me to pause. They were my favorite kind of client - relaxed, having fun, and focused on taking in every moment of their special day.
